In-Person Counselling in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver | Online Counselling Across BC
Tired of feeling like too much, or not enough?
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy in Vancouver for queer & trans adults navigating relationships, identity, shame, and addiction
You’re in the right place.
Hi, I'm Michaela (she/her), but you can call me Mic!
I'm a counsellor based in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver, BC and I’m working toward my RCC designation with the BCACC.
My approach is anti-oppressive, which means the world you're living in is always part of the conversation – not just what's happening on the inside. The shame, the relationship patterns, the exhaustion didn't come from nowhere, and we won't pretend they did.

-
When your relationship with substances has started to feel like something worth looking at.
-
When you're exhausted from carrying the weight of a world that wasn't built for you.
-
When you're not quite sure who you are underneath everything you've been told to be.

Choosing a therapist is a big deal. Let's have a conversation and see if I’m the right fit. If not, I'll help you find a counsellor that is!
